Start of day between 08:00 and 09:00, 08:00 hours per day.

Description
• Supporting the Service Delivery Manager of the Service department in performing day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
• Realizing and/or managing TOPdesk automations and integrations.
• Drawing up, implementing and maintaining procedures and guidelines for the TOPdesk automations and integrations.
• Being part of the team
• Collaborate with and provide support to stakeholders and Customer employees on Team related topics.
Business Context
Our Customer develops and operates IT systems. They work in accordance with ITIL, with TOPdesk as ITSM platform.
Technical Context
The ITIL service management processes such as incident management, change management, problem management, … are managed and executed in TOPdesk.
Various automations and integrations with other systems have already been realized or are planned, including Power-BI for reporting, ITSM systems from third parties for interaction on the call (incident) management process.
Frequent use is made of API calls and TOPdesk’s own ActionManagement module.
